At Treebones Resort, we aim to provide you with a memorable and relaxing experience in the embrace of nature and luxury. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have established the following house rules and terms of stay.

1. Check-In and Check-Out:
   • Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is before 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to additional charges.
2. Campfire Hours:
   • For the comfort of all our guests, campfires are permitted in designated areas until 9:00 PM. Please respect the tranquility of the resort during quiet hours.
3. Pet Policy:
   • We are sorry, but pets are not allowed within the resort premises. This policy ensures the safety and comfort of all our guests.
4. Respect for Nature:
   • We are proud of our natural surroundings. Please do not disturb or harm the local flora and fauna. Treebones Resort is committed to preserving the beauty of our natural environment.
5. Outside Food and Drinks:
   • Outside food and beverages are not allowed within the resort. Our restaurant offers a diverse menu to cater to your culinary preferences. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
6. Noise and Quiet Hours:
   • We request all guests to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone’s enjoyment. Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
7. Alcohol Policy:
   • Treebones Resort is fully licensed to serve alcohol. Bringing your own alcoholic beverages is not permitted.
8. Smoking Policy:
   • Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. Smoking in guest rooms and non-smoking areas is strictly prohibited.
9. Guest Safety:
   • For the safety and security of all guests, please do not leave your room or villa doors and windows open and unattended. Use in-room safes for valuable items.
10. Pool:
    • Guests are welcome to use the pool. The pool closes at 8:00PM.
11. Children’s Supervision:
    • Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times, especially around the pool and other potentially hazardous areas.
12. Respect for Fellow Guests:
    • We kindly request that all guests show respect and courtesy to fellow guests and resort staff.
13. Environmental Responsibility:
    • Treebones Resort is dedicated to eco-friendly practices. We encourage all guests to help us in conserving water, energy, and waste. Please use towels and linens responsibly and dispose of trash in designated areas.

    • Familiarize yourself with our emergency procedures and exit routes posted in your room. In case of any emergency, please contact the front desk immediately.
